Brian Cashman is the team’s general manager, and Aaron Boone is the team’s field manager. The team’s home games were played at Yankee Stadium from 1923 until 1973 and from 1976 to 2008. In 1974 and 1975, replacement players staged home games at Shea Stadium while Yankee Stadium was renovated for baseball’s centennial and then again between 2008 and 2012 while its replacement was built adjacent to the previous facility. From 2013 to 2017, home games were played at Citi Field while Yankee Stadium underwent renovations again; during that time Gene Monahan served as head athletic trainer for all three sites.
