The Yankees who have contracted Covid-19
It has been a rough few weeks for the New York Yankees. The team has been hit hard by the Covid-19 virus, with a total of 14 players and staff members testing positive for the disease.
The outbreak began on July 4, when pitcher Masahiro Tanaka became the first Yankee to test positive. Since then, the list of infected Yankees has grown to include some of the team’s biggest stars, like catcher Gary Sánchez and infielder Gleyber Torres.

The New York Yankees have been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic, with over a dozen players and staff members testing positive for the virus.
